New Reservation Request: The form below is to
be used for making a new reservation request only. Please fill in the appropriate
headings as complete as you can and use the Comments block for asking any questions
you may have.
Revise Existing Reservation: If you wish to revise or update your existing
reservation, please contact us by e-mail at
info@explorama.us providing us with your confirmation Location Code Number and
your changes, and we will update the confirmation accordingly.
Payments: If you are a consumer and need to pay for your confirmed reservation,
you may do so by using our Secure Server.
If you are a member of the travel industry (travel agent/tour operator/airline employee/etc.)
you are asked to follow the payment policy outlined on your confirmation.
New Reservation Request Form: Please note the following important information:
- Do the best you can in identifying & listing your selected itinerary with added
extra nights at specific lodges, your choice of city hotel if desired, your Iquitos
inbound /outbound flights, etc.
- Determining your Iquitos inbound/outbound flights is one of the most important planning
blocks in developing your itinerary and to assist you in this, please refer to our

Iquitos arrival/departure flight timing.
- After submitting your selected itinerary, this office will immediately acknowledge receipt
and will verify the details of your itinerary including cost and the availability of space at
your chosen lodges. Please note that a reservation cannot be confirmed until we have verified
the details.
- If you have questions at any point during the reservations process and if you wish to
speak with a reservations agent here in Explorama's Sales & Reservations office, you are
invited to call toll free 1-800-707-5275 during normal business hours which are 9a-6p M-F EST.
